DTU Danchip invests in new equipment
The DTU Danchip cleanroom has received 17 million DKK from the Danish Research and Innovation board to purchase new instruments.
DTU Danchip is awarded funds for the acquisition of a state of the art Electron Beam Lithography tool. The instrument will be aquired within 2010.
