Danish embassy invites companies to Danish stand at ImagineNano

The Danish Embassy in Madrid will have a 24 sqm National stand open to all Danish companies wishing to participate in the ImagineNano conference in Bilbao, Spain, on 11-14 April.

ImagineNano will be on of the leading European events of the sector. It will, comprise six paralell conferences, an exhibition with the latest nanotrends & an Industrial Forum with a brokerage event.

Danish nanotech companies can take part in the National stand for less than DKK 21.000, including a 50 % subsidy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Each company will have their own display area of 4 m2 including the following:
- Stand construction and dismantling
- Basic furniture
- Coordination of group participation
- Marketing: informative mailing to the sector in Spain and press releases
- 2 exhibition passes (access to industrial sessions, coffee breaks and welcome networking reception)

Participation fee (all inclusive): 4 m2 stand -> 2.790 €
The price is subject to obtaining the grant from the Danish Government to the international promotion.Deadline for reception of registration form ends on February 15.
