Pictures from PhD NANO 2010

With 130 registered participants and 27 companies, the interest for PhD NANO 2010 exceeded all of our expectations.

PhD NANO 2010 was organised by Nano Connect Scandinavia and PhD students at University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology.

In addition to talks by Peter Bøggild, DTU, Jonas Tegenfeldt, University of Gothenburg and Alison Crossley, Oxford University, the conference also included a concept called Inside Industry Innovation - brainstorming sessions on real company problems.

The prize for best poster was awarded to:

• Joakim Kärnbratt, Chalmers University of Technology
• Hideki Ikemoto, Technical University of Denmark
• Elisa Londero, Chalmers University of Technology
